TIQUINIA WEEKS THOMAS, the beloved daughter of the Late Bernard Weeks and Elizabeth C. Weeks was born June 2, 1950. She departed this life December 10, 2005 peacefully at home with her husband by her side.
She was a graduate of Northampton High School, Eastville, Virginia.  She was employed by Purdue Farms, Inc. as a Quality Inspector.
In 1970, August 29th she was wedded to Howard C. Thomas, Sr.
She was a member of Union Baptist Church, Eastville, Virginia where she sang in the Gospel Choir.  Mom enjoyed traveling and being with family while enjoying life.   Her grandchildren kept her smiling.  Her personality was sweet, kind, proper, and strong -  a treat and adventure to be around.
Tiquinia leaves many beautiful memories to be cherished by: Her husband, Howard C. Thomas, Sr.; daughter, Linette A. Baez-Rivera; two sons, Lydell A. Weeks and CPL Howard C. Thomas, Jr. (USMC); grandchildren, Nicky A. Baez, II and Tatiana J. Baez; one son-in-law, Chief Nicky A. Baez-Rivera (U.S. Navy); mother, Elizabeth C. Weeks; two brothers, Bernard W. Weeks and Elbert M. Weeks; sister, Sedonia E. Williams; brother-in-law, Roscoe Williams; sister-in-law, Charlotte B. Weeks; four nieces; seven nephews; three great niece; two great nephew; many other relatives and friends.
