JAMES JUNIOR SATCHELL, known as "Sweetie", was born August 18, 1947 in Selbyville, Delaware. God called him from earthly life to his eternal home September 12, 2012 at Riverside Medical Center, Newport News, Virginia.
James was reared in Chester, Pennsylvania where he was educated in the public school system and later graduated from Chester High School, Chester, Pennsylvania. James worked in construction for many years. He also worked for Franklin Mint for fourteen years, and then retired. James enjoyed recording his music and movies, also loved singing and he loved to dress. He was quiet, but if he had something to say he said it!
James was a member of the White Rock Christian Church in Chester, Pennsylvania. After visiting his family he attended the Bethel Baptist Church and met Patricia Webb. After being under Watch Care he married Patricia Webb, and later became a member. James served on the Male Chorus, the WFT Gospel Choir, and the Senior Choir. James served wherever he was needed in the church, and out of the church.
He was predeceased by two brothers; Milton Bull and Clyde Bull, and a daughter, April Veney.

James (Mildred) Bull of Baltimore, MD; his sons, James, Jr. (Lattice) Satchell of Chester, PA and Lamont (Mary) Webb of Wachapreague, VA; two daughters, Jean Wright of Chester, PA and Kim Nowell of Chester, PA; six sisters, Jean Atkins of Chester, PA, Michele (Edward) Gaskins of Nassawadox, VA, Paul (Cleveland) Jenkins of Pocomoke, MD, Sandra (Emanuel) Smith of Chester, PA, Mary (Woodrow) Gunter of Exmore, VA, and Juestine Custis of Belle Haven, VA; five brothers, Richard, III (Dolline) Kellam of Painter, VA, Leo (Helen) Kellam of Nassawadox, VA, Kenneth (Dasie) Bull of Baltimore, MD, Anthony (Tyra) Bull of Baltimore, MD and Robert (Jennifer) Bull of Baltimore, MD; ten grandchildren, Andrea, Angelique, Marquita, Shakeera, Proctor, Raheen, LaVonte, Siera, Savannah, and Serena; six great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Margaret Webb of Nassawadox, VA; aunts, Lillian Bailey of Cape Charles, VA, Mae Parker of Durham, NC, and Catherine Kellam of Wilmington, DE; uncles, Milton Bull of Franktown, VA and McKinley (Lorraine) Satchell of New Jersey; special friends, William Lee Webb, Jr. and George Cabarrus; special nephew, James (Fornie) Satchell; his loving pet, "Sassy"; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
